I would like to introduce myself and say hello to evryone and it is going to be nice to chat with others like me who have non-stop migraines. I also suffer from uncontrolable anger along with hypertension due to the pain and limited flexion I have in my cervical areas and spine.
I have underwent two surgeries that have also limited my ability to simple things like walk long distances, run, jog, or even ride a bike. I don't lift any heavy objects or pull or tug on anything that will increase the tension in my muscles to the neck or back as these things are a trigger for my conditions.
I also have high blood pressure and monitor it daily as my Dr is concerned about me having a heart attack or stroke.
