Another Migraine

My last migraine was last Tuesday. But all good things must come to an end. I am starting to get one right now. I cannot talk correct-happens everytime I get one. I am having a hard time thinking and my timples are throbbing. I am going to take some imitrex but that does not always work. At least I got through a weekend without a migraine its been awhile for that.

to take your abortive at the first sign of a Migraine attack. That is how the medication was designed to work. Of course that is always easier said then done...

Do you take imitrex tablets or the nasel spray? I just saw your post and I take imitrex for migraines and I had the tablets for the longest time and sometimes I debated which was worse b/c they never worked. I tried the nasal spray and it works a whole lot better. It's like instant relief for me and no side effects.You may have tried this, but its just a thought if you haven't Big Smile

I have the tablets. They seem to work ok the only problem is I don't know what my triggers are really. Sometimes they hit when the weather is stable. All I take is the Imitrex nothing else works. It bites.
