i wake up , arms numb , got bad disk in my neck , hard to get out of bed , when i stand up, get head rush that lasts for 5-10 seconds but keeps going sometimes for hrs , an my head burns , i tell family members its like heartburn of the head , this started off slow , gettin worse fast , it not only hurts , but depressing an scares hell outa me , i dont wanna live like this , dreadin goin to sleep knowin what the morning is bringing , my memories getting bad , thax god i havent hurt no one yet , not sure if just forgettin things or having blackouts , i have no insurance , so wanna start a journal , hopefully get some advise besides go to dr , i know i should , but cant pay for it , but also cant live like this either

What you're describing could be from your neck issues or something else entirely. We'd love to help, but the problem is that nobody, even a doctor, can diagnose via the Internet.
Have you checked with Health and Human Services to see if you're eligible for Medicaid? Are there any free clinics in your area?
I know you wanted advice other than "go to the doctor," but there's really no other advice I can safely give you. Sorry.
