Thanks to all of you who suggested things on my last sharepost. I appreciate it. Since I was last on here, several things have changed. My doctor has taken me off of the propranalol because it was doing absolutely nothing for me. Even though the cyclobenzaprine was helping with my neck after my 2 car...

    Hi,

     

    Glad to hear that you have found a few things are working for you. There are some complimentary therapies you may want to look into too, like Co Q10, magnesium, B2 and butterbur. Take a look at this article: Coenzyme Q10 for Migraine Prevention and Supplements for Migraine - They ARE Drugs.  Make sure you talk to your doctor before you start any new supplements.

    does your chipactor do active relaise thepory

    i have been going to a chipactor and it has cut my migraine in half

    I don't see a chiropractor anymore. I've seen 3 in the past (all 3 had very different techniques) and none of them helped me.
