Thanks to all of you who suggested things on my last sharepost. I appreciate it. Since I was last on here, several things have changed. My doctor has taken me off of the propranalol because it was doing absolutely nothing for me. Even though the cyclobenzaprine was helping with my neck after my 2 car accidents last winter, I had no desire to stay on a muscle relaxer twice a day for the rest of my life. So I talked to my doctor and I have since gone off of that as well. My neck has since tensed up. A friend of mine introduced me to Essential oils to help with the headaches.... More specifically the peppermint and the deep relief ones. They have helped to some extent. My doctor was able to get me onto topamax recently. It has helped with the headache on the top of my head somewhat, but I am still having a headache every single day. But I just started on it like a week and half ago. I really don't want to go back to a chiropractor, but I really need to find something to help with my neck. I think that if my neck gets to feeling better from my car accidents last winter, the headache in the back of my head will go away. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
