I went to see a family doctor yesterday. I really like him. He's really nice and actually listened to me and believed me when I told him about how bad my headaches were. He's going to have me take a higher dose of topamax. Instead of taking 100 mgs of topamax a day, I'll be taking 125 mgs for 2 weeks. Then he wants to up it to 150 mgs a day. He also gave me Imitrex for when my migraines get bad. He also thinks I have really bad tension headaches due to the whiplash injuries I got from the car accidents I was in last winter. So he wants me to do physical therapy and I start that next week. I really like this doctor and I really feel like he listened to me and he wants to get to the bottom of my headaches quickly.
