I've been suffering from migraines since age 8 and am now going through the process of trying each anti-seizure medication that my headache doc is throwing at me. I'm currently on Lyrica and it is giving me acne. Each one of the anti-seizure drugs I have taken gives me this reaction.
Has anyone else experience this side effect and hair loss too?
I started lyrica at 150 mg/day about 4 months ago and have had acne on my face and chest ever since. I'm 50 years old and have in the past had a small amount of acne on my face, but since starting the lyrica, my face and my chest stay covered with pimples. I finally realized that it must be connected to the lyrica.
I have been on 200 mg of Lyrica for about 4 months, and I have experiences the same results. I have sore cyst-like acne on my face and neck. I have also experience some breakout on my chest and upper back. I have to small circular patches on the side of each arm. I am trying to wean myself off the drug now because I don't want to be on a drug forever if I can live w/o it. All drugs have some sort of side effect.

Just started Lyrica and seem to be having the same problem. Going to try topical treatments (benzolyperoxide) to see if that helps...
