My Current Regimen

By MedievalWriter Wednesday, April 02, 2008

First SharePost! And bear with me whilst I try to do this as I'm full of early intervention and rescue meds--major attack in progress.

Here is my migraine and cluster headache regimen. I'm not pleased with it AT ALL because I'm not getting good preventative control in the least. Although I'm losing weight from the Topamax, that appears to be the only good I'm getting from it:

Migraine Preventatives

Topamax 100mg, 50 mg AM and PM

Effexor SR 75

verapamil 240mg SR

Early Migraine Intervention

Indocin (currently taking generic indomethecin)

Migraine Rescue Med

OxyIR

Cluster Headache Treatment

Axert

This is all I can manage to write right now. I'm going to try to get outside for some fresh air to see if that helps. Maybe I'll end up vomiting in the ferns, but at least I'll have the sound of songbirds in my ears whilst I'm at it. Roll Eyes

I hope you got outside and managed to keep your cookies in while admiring your ferns!!!

Hope you are feeling much better now my dear!!!!

Hugs!!!

Oh yeah hun--ask me, I know all the tricks for appearing to be functional when I'm actually floating in medication orbit.  Woot!

My ferns made it without being subjected to stomach contents, thanks be to God.  Real Cool

Thanks for caring.  Big Grin
