Sinus headahces

I've managed to get my migraines under control but now I am struggling with sinus headaches. I live in the mountains and the weather can change every hour. Over the counters for sinus pressure don't do anything and neither does imitrex. Is there any way I can relieve the pressure?

wierd food craving

During the on set of a migraine I get the weirdest food cravings. I always want something sugary and sweet, or salami, or tons of bread. Actually I get really hungry for all of these things. I feel like most of them are cravings for migraine triggers - so that is weird!    Does this happen to anyone else?
