I must say that this book was a Godsend!!! After suffering from migraines since childhood and going through doctor after doctor and a Nurse Practitioner who posed as a neuroligist I was really feeling discouraged when I found the book on amazon. After reading it, I feel so empowered and had an appointment with a new doctor, and was prepared to fire his sorry butt if he didn't allow me to talk, or dismiss my 20+ years of experience with MY migraine disease. BUT thankfully he listened and he even called the "experts" who dismissed my input as inexperienced. We are putting together a plan of action to prevent and treat my migraines! I'm pretty excited, even though my head hurts as I type, because I have HOPE!!!
