With a few phone calls, my husband was able to locate a dentist nearby who was familiar with this device. The NTI is custom made to fit your mouth and, if memory serves me correctly, costs approximately $300. Compare that to the cost of the migraine drugs you are currently taking and it's apparent that it's more than worth the cost. It is fairly unobtrusive and not at all difficult to wear.
