    Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!

If she were my daughter, I would take her to a pediatric Migraine specialist. These doctors are experts devoting their entire practice treating people with Migraine and headache disorders. We have three experts in Florida, which is unusual because some states don't even have adult Migraine specialists in them.

You see here's the thing, a neurologist may be a fine doctor saying he specializes

in "headache" but it may be difficult for him to do because he treats so many different conditions like MS, stroke, epilepsy and Parkisons.  Another way to think of it is this: if a pipe under your kitchen sink breaks you call a plumber, the expert, to fix it. You could call a handyman would could fix it, then install a new floor, fix a broken cabinet and so on. Do you see what I mean? This article has more details: Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special?  and then you can look for an in Florida HERE.
