Hello,

I don't know if anyone remembers us , but it is Sarah and Tommy from the UK.

Tommy is my nine year old who suffers from SHM and we've been off the radar for some weeks as he has been really unwell.

Just wanted to touch base with you all again and look forward to sharing posts with you again,
