      <description>I too have found acupuncture very helpful.&amp;nbsp; To treat my weely migraines though, I would have to go 3x a week, which I did for long time, but the expense was too costly.&amp;nbsp; Insurance does not cover this and the out-of-pocket money cannot last forever.&amp;nbsp; But I continue to see him at least once every ten days, for I get such relief from acupuncture.&amp;nbsp;

A few of the medications listed&amp;nbsp;in this forum I have not tried, so...</description>

It is comforting knowing I'm not alone in my &quot;habits&quot; now.&amp;nbsp; I used to play soccer 3-4times/week and this a.m. I can't even motivate myself to take a walk.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying to&amp;nbsp;walk to get some kind of exercise and&amp;nbsp;feel better, but there are funks where it is too much work.&amp;nbsp; I guess this is one of them (or should I say, one of many).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I find it hard to be the one who...</description>
