Hi - I feel for you!  I've had what you're describing and it's so draining.  Look around at some of the info stuff on this site - there's something called persistent daily headache - maybe there's some good ideas for you there.  For me it's often either sinus or fatigue - if your pressure points on your cheekbones and brow-ridges hurt a lot if you press them you may have some kind of sinus issue - try lots of steam and saline nasal spray, also drink tons of water (for both sinus and headaches - dehydration is also a common cause of headache as well as a migraine trigger.)  If fatigue - check if you're getting enough sleep - when I go through a headachy spell I sometimes need a daily nap as well as 8 hours at night.  Good luck!

Having headaches every day is definitely the pits.  My heart goes out to you.  It's especially difficult when you know you don't have health insurance, so you are reluctant to use any health services unless it is absolutely necessary.

Try calling your county health department and find out if there's a sliding-scale clinic available to you where you could get at least basic health services.  Maybe not ideal, but better than nothing.

Take a look at this article:

Types of migraines and headaches

The article is itself a list of links.  Please pay particular attention to the link for Medication Overuse Headache.  If you are using pain meds every day (and I understand why you're doing it) MOH becomes a real possibility.

I know I haven't answered the question you most want answered, as to what is going on with you, because I can't.  You really need to see a doctor for diagnosis.  Let me also warn you that if a migraine goes on for more than three days, without at least a four hour break in the pain while awake, you need care right away.  See the link in the article on Status Migrainous for more information on this situation.

I hope you will join us on the discussion forum for additional information and support.  To get to the forum, click on Migraine Forums under the orange Manage bar.  Registration for the forum is separate from the registration for this page, but you can use the same info to register.  We would love to have you.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you.  Please take care of yourself.

Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!

Experiencing constant pain is exhausting and very frustrating. A phone call to your doctor may be a good idea to discuss this. Do you have any pain-free periods? This is important because Migraine pain lasting longer than 72 hours without a four-hour pain-hour break while awake may be Status Migrainous. Click HERE for more information.

Taking some OTC and prescription medications 2-3 days a week can create a new problem called Medication Overuse Headache, MOH. This can be a difficult cycle to break, but is possible by stopping the offending medication cold turkey. Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires.
