But the pain in the arm and the double vision, shortness of breath - I suggest you check with your doctor. What dosage are you up to? 100mgs?
Please just check with your doctor to be sure?

There is discomfort. My mind and body are asleep but...
Hi! I took topomax for about 6 - 8 months. I had bad overheating. I would sweat even when it was freezing outside. Unfortunatly it did not go away for me. But hang in there it may not be that way for you.
I hope it eases up for you and it helps with your migraines.
