    Hi! I took topomax for about 6 - 8 months. I had bad overheating. I would sweat even when it was freezing outside. Unfortunatly it did not go away for me. But hang in there it may not be that way for you.

    I hope it eases up for you and it helps with your migraines.

    I would check with your doctor. Most of the side effects are common - overheating easy, tiredness (that should go away). But the pain in the arm and the double vision, shortness of breath - I suggest you check with your doctor. What dosage are you up to? 100mgs?

     

    Please just check with your doctor to be sure?
