Imitrex made you feel that way. There are six other triptans you could try: Axert, Amerge, Frova, Relpax, Zomig, and Maxalt. They all abort a Migraine attack but may not cause the same feeling you had.

    Good luck with the elavil.

Yeah, I just won't be taking that Imitrex stuff no more!  Mad  hmph!

I just called the pharmacy and looks like doc called in Axert for me.

Well, that's good I guess.  I mean, Axert works for me.  BUT unfortunately, some stupid idiot who makes policy at the insurance company will only allow NINE of those to be prescribed per month!!!

GAH!!  So, according to some dope somewhere who's never met me and knows nothing about me, I am only allowed to have nine migraines a month.

HA!!  Sometimes, that's more than enough, but some months?  Like this past one???  Um, it would have taken just a bit more than NINE.

    *GRRR!!*  Furious

That kinda stuff just burns my hide!  Gah.

    So anyhows... there's the latest.

Again, thanks Nancy.  Hope you're doing okay this evening.

    Blessings---
