About Me

I was hit in the head with the end of an air hose. Several years after that I started having frontal lobe seizures. Now that they are under control I am having headaches/migraines, to the point that when I get under too much stress I am not able to function due to the headaches. I pretty much have headaches all the time, but they flare into migraines when I'm under any stress. Well with two boys in the Military and a daughter that has a life threatening medical condition, stress is pretty much what my life is made of. My Dr. told me once to stay away from stress, yeah how do I do that. Just thought I might find some help here. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
