I am new to this board and so, don't know how to go about finding a post:  I just read about someone who is now exercising and she commented that she finds exercising helpful but is also still taking her "headache prevention" headache.

I am seeing my family practice doctor next week and then a new pain management doctor the following week.  I would appreciate if people would share with me what meds they are taking to help to PREVENT headaches and migraines......... I have both, the daily headaches are tension-type.

Thanks in advance,

Barbara
