My story is long and ever-changing. I thought I would share my blog with you, a blog that is all about various ways of dealing with my Migraine disease (which I've had for half my life now) and chronic daily headache.

I appreciate any feedback, so thanks for reading. Had I known about MyMigraineConnection.com many months ago when I started my blog, I perhaps I would have shared my story in this forum. However, I didn't know about this site, so I chose to use another blog hosting site and was able to write my story there, bit by bit.

At this point, I have many regular readers and don't wish to change locations. For those that wish to look at my blog, read on! I know I certainly look at other Migraineurs' stories on this site and others.
