It's difficult at times to keep on doing what I should be for my health, especially when I don't see results right away. I just keep telling myself it will be good for me in the long run. I always wish I could just do things the easy way - which is never the healthy way, even for people who don't get migraines! Anyway, you keep up the good work!

You're doing such a good job! It takes a lot of work to put your health first! Eating better, taking short walks, sleeping more consistently--all of these changes are so important! (And those are BIG steps--not baby steps!)
I'm very proud of you and your DBF. You're working so hard!
