Today was a whirlwind of a busy day at work, which was good in that I got a lot of work done. I even left a bit early to go to a good friend's gathering downtown for her last day at work. (I'm sad to see her go, especially because she's one of the few friends I have who can empathize with...

    MJ,

Maybe you could use some cyber-hugs...And maybe a little bit of Heart, too.

I understand your thoughts completely.  Sometimes the entire migraine process (trying new meds, side effects, managing the pain) can be utterly exhausting!

Dig deep down inside and you'll find a little bit of strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other!  That may just have to be good enough for today.

But tomorrow will be a little better.  And all of this hard work WILL pay off!

Just remember we are always here for you.  And we "get it."  And we have tons of hugs and positive thoughts for days like these...

Thanks for your encouragement, Jenny. You are right, this process really is exhausting. But you're also right that I'll make it... I have to believe I will. Not much other choice, right?

Sorry it took so long to respond to this comment. I'm sure you know how it goes though - my head's been bad lately and it's all I can do just to get through work without collapsing. But I did want to say thanks and send some hugs back your way. Heart
