I've been in a bit of a funk the past few days, so I decided it was time to get some of it off my chest. I'm still (mostly) keeping to my diet: no wheat/gluten, dairy, MSG, caffeine, alcohol, artificial sweetners; minimize sugar, salt. The most recent change was the wheat/gluten, dairy and sugar. This weekend was a back-to-back migraine weekend. I had severe migraines both days. Saturday's got better after some Imitrex + ibuprofen and a nap. Sunday's I just had to sweat through as I was at my triptan limit for the week. I iced my head and it kicked the migraine down enough to be tolerable. I hate spending the entire weekend on... It's been about two weeks now that I've been following my new food plan (no wheat, dairy or sugar).
