After reading through your SP, I think it may be time for a new doctor. We have an expression around here that goes like this: "Doctor not listening - FIRE his sorry butt!"
Three years on topamax with unacceptable side effects, still too many Migraine attacks, and the doctor isn't even entertaining another solution...... DUMP HIM.
Now, we can help you find a new one. I know how hard it is....been there, keep doing it really I do. You've probably seen the Migraine specialist list HERE. Let me know if I can help you more....
