I have been on Lyrica, 150 mg, for a bit now.  And at that dose I have been having issues.  Some issues I can do little about, side effects like spwelling and muscle pain.  But one side effect had to stop.  In the morning I was so beyond groggy I have no word for it; loopy, confus...

I can only say that Lyrica helped me at first. But, then it stopped working. I continued taking it, and I was so tired. It was like I was dragging! Seriously. I looked up all the side effects, and it has, "unusual tiredness." Go figure. That's exactly what I had. I had felt like I'd been ran over by a truck, and couldn't get any energy. So, that's my take on that. Sounds like you have many health issues. I wish you the best.

It is still working for me... but I agree, every good preventative I have ever had was only effective for a couple years.  And it is also making me very tired during the day, not really sure what to do about that, since it also seems to be disrupting what sleep I get.

    Dear friend,

I'm tired all the time anyway. I think with Migraines it's just going to be that way. Because of the medications we have to take. But, Lyrica, made me a different tired. I just couldn't get out of the slump. It was terrible. Good luck to you, and if it helps the migraines, than it would be worth being tired.

Take care and God bless you.

Lyrica helped my pain so much but I too had the fog/mental issues.  My Dr. added some adderall (!) and I am like my old self.  I even started running again!
