I am now 42. I have seen numerous doctors and tried all kinds of therapies including: preventative drugs, abortive drugs, narcotics, OTC drugs, massage, yoga, botox, chiropractic, kicking and screaming and toughing it out. I have had various degrees of success with botox being the most helpful until my insurance stopped covering it. Stress is my main trigger.
