Here's the thing, Migraine is a neurologic genetic disease and cervical spine issues may trigger a Migraine attack, but you can tell your friend neck issues don't cause Migraines. Chiropractic work may be great for your friend, but most of the Migraine specialists we work with would rather not have a chiropractor work on the cervical spine, rather use it for the lower back.
Another possibility is she just may be one of those people who has to be ignored. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you tell them, what proof you have, they always know better
