    Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!

Between 25-30% of Migraineurs have Migraine with aura, the second most common form of Migraine disease. Migraine is a genetic neurologic disorder. Anatomy of a Migraine explains the four phases of a Migraine attack in great detail.

One of the best things we can do to manage our disease, is identify and manage and triggers we may have. We have plenty of information on Migraine triggers you can find HERE, including a Migraine diary.

Teri Robert wrote this article, Migraine and Headaches - Tips for Living Well All Year, that is a must read for all Migraineurs!
