About Me

I've been suffering from frequent migraines since December of 2007, possibly linked to an increase in my artificial sweetner use or a change in birth control.  Currenly doing an elimation diet to see if artificial sweeterns are the cause.

I have health inurance for the first time in my adult life, so I can finally make any changes needed to improve my health and my situation with these migraines.

When not being controlled by migraines, depression or nerve pain, I enjoy playing Sims 2, making jewelry, doing cross stitch, and playing with my three dogs.
