I can not sleep tonight. My headache is so bad and I do not know why.. I watch everything I eat and I make sure it is not one of my triggers. I have these headaches all the time and when my headache is like this none of my migraine medicine works. I go see my doctor in March and maybe he can give me some other ideas to help me deal with my headaches. Does anyone feel like its a endless road? I have hope that something will help me. :(
