Dear Jamie,
I am so sorry that you are feeling so much pain, frustration and dispair with the migraine you are experiencing tonight. I don't why it is that at night like that it does seem to feel lonely and worse when things are not working. If your medications continue not to work, you do need to consider contacting your physcian for guidiance on how to deal with this episode. You can't go on with this type of pain without relief.
Those of us here are more than happy to suggest non-medical treatments that can give us some relief, but what works varies so much for each of us. I am partial to ice on my neck and eyes. I have specific ice packs for each area that provide the kind of pressure I want in each area.
Jamie stay in touch with us if you can. I know the computer isn't always the most comfortable thing to use.
