Sammy in her post mentioned sending medical info prior to her migraine specialist appointment and wrote how much it helped. I'm wondeing if it would be a good strategy for people to adopt generally.
I've done the same for an appointment I've got coming up in August. The staff weren't particularly encouraging of that... Read more

You go to your (or a) GP and request treatment for migraine to be told off the cuff (not through answering any formal questionnaire or assessment) it's a sign of "stress" "depression" or "anxiety" and treatment is refused.
If you're "lucky" enough to get the "anxiety/stress" diagnosis then you may as well kiss any medical monitoring... Read more
