Hi,
I'm not new to migraine, but havn't intro'd myself that I can recall.
I've suffered migraine on and off for 20+ years. I had a respite for about 8-10 years while my kiddos were very young, and when my youngest turned about 3 or 4 I got slammed again.
I'm currently doing pretty well. I take prozac 40 mg per day as a preventative, I also take "Migrelief" which is an herbal combo that has really helped me. I also avoid my known triggers as much as possible, but since being on the migrelief, I have been able to eat some foods that previously had been off limits.
Unfortunately, weather changes ape a big trigger and there's nothing I can do about them.
This website has been very helpful to me in my quest for answers.
