I'm my mom's cargiver, here 24/7. I have migraines,Biopolar,restless leg symdrome,Acid reflux. When I have a migraine I rate them..minor(without having to be in bed the whole time) Major(being in the bed NO lights,sounds,smells,movement[except me going to the bathroom with my head over the trash can],etc)
