      <description>It seems crazy, but to find this site and that the woman who wrote the book to help those of us in migraineville, is here, and I just wanted to say after reading that book, I took it with to my dr&amp;#39;s appt, and told her about it, and without that book, I think I&amp;#39;d still be living that not-really-living life that you can&amp;#39;t plan because of migraines constantly!
