About Me

I live in the beautiful wine country of California with my partner in crime, Michael.  I am also currently working on finishing my dissertation for my Ph.D. in psychology.  I was 11 when I had my first migraine.  It was at Christmas time and my mom told me it was from too much sugar.   The headaches didn't really get into full swing until I was about 17, since then they have gotten progressively more frequent.  And in the last year the intensity has increased 100%.   I have peaks and valley's as most people do.  Right now is a peak and my headaches are a minimum, I only go through one box of Relpax a month.
