So much for the dream of 2 days in a row without a migraine. Saturday was great! Only a mild headache. But I over did it on the hse cleaning and cooking. It felt good to be able to do normal stuff and I got carried away, so I had to pay the price...a migraine on Sunday. Woke up around 2 am or so with someone pounding a bass drum in my head. Couldn't get it  go away to save my life. Today is the same story.

I would have never thought that something as simple as dusting, sweeping, mopping or scrubbing the bathroom could be such a pain in the butt...or in my case...the head! The very things that I used to dread doing I now pray to being able to do.And I love to cook. But once again anything that uses my arms and back leads to muscle spasms and neck tension which ultimately leads to a migraine! There are times that I could just sit down and scream or cry! I am soooo frustrated today! I'm tired of doctor appointments! I'm tired of meds! I tired of these blasted headaches! And I'm tired of feeling tired all the time!!!!! Just this week alone I have 4 doctor appointments. ! for my gp because my meds have caused stomach problems and the Nexium isn't working anymore! Feels like ulcers! Then I have physical therapy on top of everything else! I feel like telling everyone of them to kiss my butt and throw all meds away!

Ok...I'm through whinning for now!

Hope everyone else is having a better day!
