My brain is scrambled like an egg, Sorry!

My headaches are very drug resistant and I'm hoping that the Midrin will be the one that helps. When I get a migraine I start tensing up and that gives me a tension headache on top of the migraine. I don't know if that sounds strange or if other people have that. When I get a migraine I tend to get very tense and feel Depressed, Lost and alone and when I don't have a headache I am worried about getting one because I know I'm going to get one but I don't know how bad its going to be unless I get an aura, Then I know its going to be a bad one. Most of the time the abortive med's don't work and that may be because I get the tension headache at the same time. The Triptans work on the migraine but not the tension headache. So I'm still left with a killer headache. That is why I have high hopes for Midrin it is supposed to work on both migraines and tension headaches. The migraines consume my life, They are the first thing I think about in the morning and the last thing I think about at night.

I have a good headache going now and my thoughts are a little scrambled and that my show in my writing.

So please forgive me.

I have seen so many doctor's over the years.

Some so understanding, some empty suits with note pads.

Of couse you are depressed with constant pain it will bring you to the brink of madness.

The spasms have a memory from the pain and trigger over and over again as soon as you feel that fear...... YES tension of course i have the same thing.

Like a ball and chain around my neck and then spreads all around.

One word Xanax for the fear, at least for awhile until you get a handle on the attacks.

Topamax can and will cause anxiety and can make this worse for a few months.

I have had some help with a deep massage sports massage, has to be someone very strong for deep muscle......... really can help break that cycle of the tension memory.

Tension, migraine, are heard to treat its hard to tell which one is coming first and then the depression the brain is a complicated thing and we can't escape it! P.s> I have horrible spelling but I guess that is the least of my troubles.........
