I have seen so many doctor's over the years.

Some so understanding, some empty suits with note pads.

Of couse you are depressed with constant pain it will bring you to the brink of madness.

The spasms have a memory from the pain and trigger over and over again as soon as you feel that fear...... YES tension of course i have the same thing.

Like a ball and chain around my neck and then spreads all around.

One word Xanax for the fear, at least for awhile until you get a handle on the attacks.

Topamax can and will cause anxiety and can make this worse for a few months.

I have had some help with a deep massage sports massage, has to be someone very strong for deep muscle......... really can help break that cycle of the tension memory.

Tension, migraine, are heard to treat its hard to tell which one is coming first and then the depression the brain is a complicated thing and we can't escape it! P.s> I have horrible spelling but I guess that is the least of my troubles.........
