Today I'm getting over an 8 day long killer migraine that nothing has touched. My Dr, gave me a steroid pack on Thursday and that may be what finally broke this headache or it could be the trip to the acupuncturist yesterday I don't know. But I still have a bad migraine hangover. I took 2 at 10 AM, 1 at 11 AM, 1 at 12 PM, and 1 at 1 PM. I started out with a #7 headache and by 2 PM the headache was down to a #3. So thats a good thing. But the headache started coming back around 4:30 and thats not a good thing. Its now 6:30 and the headache is back up to a #5 and I cant take any more Midrin. When I get a migraine I start tensing up and that gives me a tension headache on top of the migraine. I don't know if that sounds strange or if other people have that. Getting a sleep study done, Trying new Preventatives, Trying new abortive's and rescue med's. Today the migraines are pretty bad I took 2- 5 MG Vicodin but even they don't seem to do much, So I don't think I will be taking them any more.
