    Got 2 hours of sleep. Will go to bed early tonight. Just got mad trigger point injections- for the first time on the front of the face- PA thinks it should calm things down-especially with the cruddy weather coming up.

     

    He also mentioned that if I wanted to do the triggers w/o steroids, we could do them as needed, rather than avoiding a steroid buildup in my body that would cause other problems! Huzzah!Cool
