Continuing Toward Better Migraine Management

By Missy Morgan, Health Guide Friday, April 15, 2011
The title of this share post is very accurate. I realize that there is currently no cure for Migraine disease. However, I am continuously working toward better Migraine management for my chronic Migraines. I hope that by sharing my journey it will help others as well. A lot has happened since my last...

I think itsgreat that you were able to enjoy your family after your Sons game.

Personaly I don't belive it when people say that something is not possible. I think if the cercomstances are right almost anything can happen. The problem comes in when we try to reduplicate amazing experiences.

There are so many veriables. Maybe the barometric perssure changed, maybe your adrenaline boost with the aromatheripy of hot dogs and red vine was a perfect combo. Who knows.

I am very excited for you. And I hope you don't worry too much about what other people think. Its your life to live and enjoy.

Cris,

Thank you for reading and for posting.

I write these share posts to encourage others who are struggling with Migraine disease, but sometimes I am the one receiving the encouragement. Your post encourages me today.

I had another challenging Migraine last night. As I sat at my sons' ballgame I kept trying to replicate the success from the other ballgame. Well it didn't work. I left frustrated at not being able to "make" my Migraine go away. It was still there this morning.  I was still frustrated. But, I went through my day anyway and now (it's after 7 pm) I am feeling much better. The Migraine didn't "win" today! I do actually believe that the weather sometimes affects my Migraines. And you are SO right. There are so many variables it seems impossible to see patterns (good or bad) sometimes.  And thanks for the words regarding me not worrying too much about what others think. I needed that.  : )

Take good care of yourself! And thanks again for reading and for posting. I appreciate the encouragement.

Missy
