About Me

I am a housewife, mother of two older sons, a fellow pain sufferer (for the past 30+ years I have had CFIDS/ME & FMS). I also have Chronic Myofascial Pain Disorder, Arthritis, Cough Variant Asthma, Type II Diabetes. A former migraine sufferer.

I used to suffer with migraine syndrome. I no longer have migraines for which I am most grateful (and still somewhat mystified about). My cousin Chuck succombed to pain killing drugs in his thirties due to constant chronic migraine illness. My niece deals with it relentlessly and has all of her life. I know she suffers terribly. And within the last few years, in running a support group for and being a local leader of support for the invisible illnesses of CFIDS & FM and CMPD (all mentioned above), I made the acquaintence of several chronic migraine sufferers.

A member of our community and online friend, Sharon ... gave me the url to this site. She and her teenaged daughter both are migraine sufferer's as well as FMS patients.
