Reach and bend and it strikes

I want to shout out loud, "yikes!"

But quiet I must be

Take refuge in the dark you see

Shh, shh, shh 'til it passes.

You've followed me for years.

You bring me down to tears.

How I yearn for time away from you

The days apart from you are few.

I've prayed for help but none has come.

Shh, shh, shh.
