Spring Surprise
So many
Endless days.
Gray drear,
Cold like a blanket around me.
Then,
A flash of red at the feeder:
Springtime visitor,
Blue ceiling,
Green floor,
Another flash of color! A blossom?
Oh wait. Don't get too excited.
That unfolding sparkle of color
Heralds...

Dear migraine family - it's time for me despite having...
so true. my head is foggy and in a vice, behind the eyes are throbbing, - - actually my entire head is throbbing, painful, my stomach so upset. I get migraines horrifically at this time of year. Standing up is pure hell, stretching is even worse. The pain is especially bad in Spring not sure why ....
