November 4 thats when all started. Almost everyday I have been having headaches which two separate days it became a migraine. Now its been 3 wks since that day and I still have the headaches.
Although one of those days I may not have one but the next day I will wake up with one. Only causes I could think of one is stress and the other my diet. Yes Stress is my major issue, I have lots of things going on in my life right now. The second is my diet. My eating/drinking habits is changed because I am trying to lose weight, which in the end result my friend (period) has came back and yes I have lost some weight but might have brought it back up however I am happy to say that my habits are sticking well when comes to eating/drinking however its been hard. Now with the holidays, its going to be the ultimate test for me.
Getting back with the pain in my head, I do things that we all do when we get the migraine, it does go away. But lately it comes back to two or three days later. I know I should go to the doctors but I can't afford to go so I am suffering a little. I do keep a journal (online & book) of all the things I do, with all the triggers that may have caused it.
Today I have a slight headache. During the weekend, I just relaxed and done nothing. So no headache/migraine should come, unless someone or something or myself causes one.

Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!
It's good to hear you have pain-free periods during the month. There is a potentially serious condition called Status Migrainous which occurs when you have a Migraine for more than 72 hours without a four hour pain-free break while awake. For more information look HERE.
Do you take anything to relieve your head pain? One problem we run into is called Medication Overuse Headache. This happens when we take certain medications, even OTC, more than 2-3 times during the week. These include acetaminophen, vicodin and other compounds containing more than one medication. The only way to stop MOH is to stop the offending medication cold turkey. Click HERE for details.
