My only gripes I have is when physical and emotion things get in the way and your migraine decides to show up.

Being injuried and PMS.

I gotten my migraine on the 31st which it lasted till the next day.  But I know if I tell someone they will think I was out, and I wasn't.  I was home, watching movies.  No drinks either.

Anyways it came because I was thinking because I got my period (PMS) but too me I believe it was dealing with my sore back because I have taken Advil PM on the 30th to help me sleep, of course the next day it started wth the symptoms and by evening I was in bed at 10 pm.  It took be along time to fall asleep though, and I didn't want to take anything so I just laid there waiting to fall asleep which I eventually did.

The next day by the afternoon it was gone.

My back is a different story. I pulled a muscle in the lower back area.  Since then I have been putting ice, heat packs, smelly  pain reliever creams on my back.  Only time I took something was that day that I mentioned above.

Anyways that is enough gripe for now.
