Only time I get my migraine is when the time of the month comes. Mainly so far I have been doing quite well managing my migraine. When it does come thankfully its only a day but sometimes it can be a three day occurrence.
Every once in awhile it will creep up on me but I do what I need to do. Usually is resting/relaxing; like reading a book or sleeping or meditation.
I have been trying to avoid meds, the over counter ones especially. Though I am not on any prescibed meds but I have been thinking of getting on one. But since I have been quite good what I have been doing, I'll just wait and see.
