All I wish that people who don't know
about migraine should educate themselves on it and not be selfish
towards the person who has it.&amp;nbsp; It is hard enough to try telling the
person that you can't go or do anything because you are having one of
your migraines and seeing their eyes roll or making such a comment to
you that it bothers you even more or make you feel guilty because you

      <description>Only time I get my migraine is when the time of the month comes. Mainly so far I have been doing quite well managing my migraine.  When it does come thankfully its only a day but sometimes it can be a three day occurrence. &amp;nbsp;Every once in awhile it will creep up on me but I do what I need to do.&amp;nbsp; Usually is resting/relaxing; like reading a book or sleeping or meditation.&amp;nbsp;I have been trying to avoid meds, the over counter ones...</description>

      <title>Another gripe...should have known better</title>
      <description>I could kick myself.&amp;nbsp; In my last post I stated I was having a headache for about 3 weeks and Migraine twice during the week.&amp;nbsp; I really couldn&amp;#39;t figure out why this was occuring until yesterday it realized it.&amp;nbsp;During the first week, the first three to four days, firstly I was having problems of sleeping, then it lead my back very achey.&amp;nbsp; So here I have took some either Tylenol or Advil PM to help me sleep and for my back...</description>

      <title>Headache/Migraine for almost the month</title>
