To date, I have tried Imitrex, Maxalt, Relpax, Zomig....none of them work. I seem to be in a cycle where every 4-5 days I get a migraine so bad I end up at the ER because nothing I can do helps and the pain is the worst thing I have ever felt (besides childbirth)!! This time they gave me toradol, dilaudid and thorazine (never had this drug before). I have a migraine care plan from my doc....but that seemed to only make matters worse the last time I had to go to the ER. They have asked me not to come back. I dont have any history of anything like this with them until present. I am very frustrated. In the past month I have been to the ER about 15 times. I have been on several meds and none have worked so far. I have an MRI scheduled to investigate a pineal cyst. They think that this may be the problem. So far all that works is dilaudid. toradol and visteril.
